I currently work as an VAPA Art Educator in a California public school district where I facilitate art experiences for 100+ students daily, TK-8th grade.

My work as an art educator is not just about teaching fundamentals and art based techniques, but as a creator and curator of art based experiences. Art is an expression, a language, and a process. Creativity is a muscle we all have, that needs to be nourished and strengthen through patience and practice. Art is an opportunity to foster connection within ourselves, each other and the greater communities that extend all around us. I believe that curiosity and exploration are catalyst for learning.
